By installing or using the Kalaleh 1500 app, web app or business panel, you agree to these terms. We’ve tried to keep them short and clear.
Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code; each number has one account.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account — never share your sign-in code.
- Accounts that break the rules below may be restricted or blocked.
Fair use
- Posting illegal, abusive, misleading or unrelated promotional content is not allowed.
- Fake reviews, or rating your own business or a competitor’s, are not allowed.
- Each discount code is personal and can be used once, within that offer’s dates and conditions.
- Any attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access or scrape data is prohibited.
Businesses
- The details you submit (name, address, hours, photos, prices, etc.) must be accurate and up to date, and you must have the right to use your photos and logo.
- Every business is reviewed before it goes live (usually within 24 hours) and may be rejected with a reason. Businesses that break these rules may be suspended.
- Each account can list up to 5 businesses.
- Discounts are also reviewed before publishing. Once a discount is live, the business must honor it for valid code holders within the stated dates and limits.
- Kalaleh 1500 is a discovery and connection platform; each business is responsible for the quality of its products and services, its prices and its commitments.
Reviews
Reviews are moderated before they appear. We may decline or remove reviews that don’t follow these rules. Business owners can reply to reviews.
Content production
- Each package’s description and price are shown in the app or panel when you order. Payments are processed by the Zarinpal gateway.
- You can cancel an unpaid order at any time; to cancel a paid order, contact support.
- By ordering, you allow the produced content to be published on the Kalaleh 1500 page. You may also use the delivered files for your own business.
- Photos and information you send for production must be yours or used with permission.
Intellectual property
The Kalaleh 1500 name, logo, design and software belong to us. Content posted by users and businesses belongs to them; by posting it, they allow us to display it in the app and on the website.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but outages or errors may occasionally happen. Business information is provided by the businesses themselves — please confirm with them before making important decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be published here with an updated date; continuing to use the service means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
